H. Job Purpose :
The Development Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment, training, and development of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business growth. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, enhancing agent productivity, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

Proven experience in a sales management or development role within the financial services industry.
A track record of successfully recruiting and developing sales teams.

Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve targets.
M. Knowledge :
In-depth understanding of financial products and services.
