Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients in target markets using research, networking, and cold outreach.

Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Strategy & Market Research:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that support business objectives.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Required)

  • Electrical engineering: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BE(Electricals/mechanicals/electronics) Degree (Required)

Location:

  • Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
