Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, attending industry events, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and event teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the events and exhibitions industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
