
Business Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion for our organization. This role offers an opportunity for both freshers to learn and grow, and experienced professionals to leverage their expertise in business development, sales, and marketing. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Develop and pitch business proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
For Fresher:
Masters Degree in Marketing or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take initiative.
Training and mentorship will be provided to develop key skills.
For Experienced:
1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Proven track record of driving business growth, meeting revenue targets, and building strategic relationships.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must know Local Language (Mandatory).
