Job Summary:

As the Sales Head at Owleto Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set sales targets and closely monitor performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing, product selection or research, inventory, and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of online and offline sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
