About Us:

Topall is a leading education solutions provider committed to revolutionizing learning experiences. We specialize in delivering high-quality educational content and resources to schools, NEET coaching centers, and other educational institutions. With a strong presence in multiple states, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in these key markets.


Location: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra.


Required Skills:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports on daily basis.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and connections with schools and NEET coaching centers in the specified states.
  • Good Knowledge in NEET Exam Preparation.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Suitable for both male and female candidates.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a week after selection are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the specified states as required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Laptop with Internet Connectivity is Mandatory.

Compensation:

Up to Rs. 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum.
