Business Development Manager

Location: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra.
Required Skills:Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports on daily basis.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong network and connections with schools and NEET coaching centers in the specified states.Good Knowledge in NEET Exam Preparation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.Suitable for both male and female candidates.Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a week after selection are preferred.Willingness to travel within the specified states as required.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Laptop with Internet Connectivity is Mandatory.Compensation:Up to Rs. 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum.
