Role Overview We are seeking dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs) to promote and sell Lifology (USA) programs to students and parents in the United States, primarily across California and other key education markets . This is a remote, full-time position based in India , requiring the candidate to work during U.S. (California) time zones . Candidates must have prior experience in selling educational, mentoring, or online learning and tutoring programs to U.S.-based customers , and be confident handling the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and reach out to potential customers (students, parents, and partner schools) through outbound calls, emails, and social media. - Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing, ambassador, and digital campaigns. 2. Sales Execution - Present Lifology (USA)’s programs effectively through online meetings and calls. - Understand customer needs, personalize solutions, and close enrollments confidently. - Manage and convert leads independently to meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets. 3. Relationship Building - Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and students. - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with the operations and delivery teams. - Maintain relationships for renewals, referrals, and upselling. 4. Reporting & CRM Management - Log all activities (calls, emails, demos, follow-ups) into the CRM system. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. - Provide market feedback to improve sales messaging and product positioning. Required Skills and Competencies: - Mandatory: Prior experience in selling education, EdTech, mentoring, or counselling programs to U.S.-based clients (especially students and parents). - Excellent spoken English with U.S. communication style and cultural fluency . - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. - Confidence in conducting virtual sales presentations and handling objections. - Good understanding of U.S. high school and college admissions systems is preferred. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).Work Timing - U.S. Pacific Time Zone (California) - Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. customer hours. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - 2–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or EdTech sales for the U.S. market. - Experience in selling test-prep, counselling, or university admission products will be a strong advantage.
