We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager a proven track record in the IT or HR product industry to spearhead the market introduction and sales efforts for our cutting-edge culture assessment tool.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying key market opportunities, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisitions.

Responsibilities:


  • Devise and implement a robust go-to-market plan, including market analysis, target customer profiling, and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, reseller relationships, and integration opportunities to expand market reach and drive adoption.
  •  Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product roadmap and positioning strategies.

·         Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the HR and organizational development sectors.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value propositions to prospective clients, highlighting the platform's unique capabilities and benefits.

·         Negotiate and secure favourable contracts and partnerships to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.

·        Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.


Requirements

·         Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Proven track record in business development, go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth for SaaS solutions, preferably in the IT or HR product industry.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·         Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.

·         Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales automation software.
