Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in the IT or HR product industry, to spearhead the market introduction and sales efforts for our cutting-edge culture assessment tool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to introduce and promote the culture assessment tool in the market.

· Identify and pursue potential clients, including enterprises, HR consultancies, and other relevant organizations.

· Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather insights to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the HR and organizational development sectors.

· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.

· Negotiate and secure favorable contracts and partnerships to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

· Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies.

Requirements

· Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT or HR product industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a startup or high-growth environment.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
