Key Responsibilities of HR Professionals

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for vacant positions.
  • Onboarding & Training:Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and developing training programs for employee growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Managing employee pay, benefits, and compensation packages.
  • Performance Management:Implementing performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing employees' career paths.
  • Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships within the workplace.
  • Policy & Compliance:Developing, updating, and ensuring adherence to workplace policies and labor laws.
  • Record Management:Maintaining accurate employee records, including hiring, promotion, and disciplinary information.
  • Health & Wellness:Supporting employee well-being through health plans, wellness programs, and assistance programs.
  • Workplace Culture:Fostering a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Disciplinary Action:Managing disciplinary processes when employees violate company policies or procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
