Role & responsibilities

  • Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units. Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic human resources policies including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee Engagement development
  • Work on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
  • Collaborate with Other departments to design and implement the most effective organizational structures.
  • Lead talent assessment that are under the scope of the role including identifying key employee strengths and development needs.
  • Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.
  • Work with Top management and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment policies
  • Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRMS tools).
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy with budget and planning.
  • Ensuring that all HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
