Role & responsibilities
- Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units. Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles.
- Develop and implement strategic human resources policies including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee Engagement development
- Work on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
- Collaborate with Other departments to design and implement the most effective organizational structures.
- Lead talent assessment that are under the scope of the role including identifying key employee strengths and development needs.
- Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.
- Work with Top management and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment policies
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRMS tools).
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy with budget and planning.
- Ensuring that all HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
