Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, leave records, and employee queries.
- Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS.
- Ensure smooth office operations and a positive workplace environment.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Timely and accurate maintenance of attendance and HR records.
- Smooth coordination of interviews and onboarding process.
- Responsiveness to employee queries and admin support.
