Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, leave records, and employee queries.
  • Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and documentation.
  • Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and a positive workplace environment.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
