We specialize in SCADA, substation automation, and related technologies, providing reliable, tailored solutions that help our partners achieve measurable results.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Electrical / E&TC) for technical sales — ideal for engineers with prior client-facing or project coordination experience who are ready to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in the automation, power, and industrial sectorsPresent services with technical clarity: SCADA, PSO, PACiS, commissioning, substation automation, manpower supplyPrepare proposals, quotations, and rate contractsCoordinate with HR/Operations for engineer deployment and client requirementsBuild and maintain long-term relationships (e.g., Schneider, ABB , and other industry leaders)Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and pipeline managementWho We’re Looking For B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / E&TC (mandatory)2–5 years in B2B/technical sales or business development (automation/power/industrial domain)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as requiredWhat We Offer Exposure to leading clients and cutting-edge automation technologiesRemote-friendly now ; transition to NCR office in 2026₹25,000+ per month (negotiable) + attractive performance incentivesApply at or message us directly on LinkedIn.
