Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager - Massagers located in Gurugram. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for massagers, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, cost management, contract negotiations, and working closely with the product development and quality assurance teams to meet company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
  • Experience in market analysis and cost management
  • Proficient in sourcing and procurement principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the massager and Health care product industry is a plus
