Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Vijayawada. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, offering customized financial products, handling customer queries, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
- Experience in Financial Products and Services
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
