Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute day-to-day community engagement initiatives to foster active participation, dialogue, and connection within the community
  • Drive outreach efforts to expand the community by targeting and engaging relevant personas, including HR leaders, founders, and other professionals across industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, founders, and key ecosystem stakeholders—both in-person and virtually—to enhance community value and influence
  • Stay updated with current industry and workplace trends to inform community conversations, events, and content development
  • Conceptualize and manage engagement-led formats, events, and activities designed to increase member interaction, knowledge sharing, and overall community impact

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to engage and grow communities (online and offline)
  • Event planning and execution experience
  • Strategic thinker with awareness of HR and industry trends
  • Proficient in research and translating insights into conversations
  • Creative mindset for designing engaging community formats
  • Comfortable with community tools, CRMs, and virtual platforms
  • Strong networking abilities with senior leaders (CHROs, founders)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives
