Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Engagement Executive. The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, driving sales, and providing consulting services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and consulting with clients to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
