**Customer Service Executive for MLH**

The future of healthcare engagement is being shaped now and as part of one of the largest online Continuous Medical Education and Training (CME) platforms, this job requires the Online Digital Marketing Executive for Medical learning Hub (MLH) to execute a strategy that enables user growth and engagement.

**Description & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an individual with 2-4 years of customer service and 1st level technology support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Individual should be technology savvy, a conversation driver, self-motivated, strong work ethics, able to work remotely online with minimum supervision.

Key skills/ requirements include:

- Monitor all customer communication channels (phone, MLH platform, messaging and social) for queries and respond in timely manner.
- Follow up with customers (such as doctors)/ clients/ vendors through phone calls/ other communication media to ensure medical event attendance.
- Call website visitors (doctors) to enquire and fulfil incomplete orders.
- Create admin side webpages for clients on our in-house platform.
- Offer first level IT support.
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
- Organize meetings and conference calls and manage minutes
- Maintain electronic and physical files
- Maintain weekly schedules of employees
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in related field (Healthcare)
- Excellent communicator in English and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
