The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks such as acquiring clients, handling client accounts, achieving sales targets, and client retention.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Sales Skills including Sales Planning, Sales Execution and Sales Management
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and account management
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Leads Generation & Sales Targeting Ops (Growth of Clients & Revenue)
- Developing target sales funnel
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing
- Manage complex negotiations
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Developing new sales areas and markets.
- Addressing client concerns
- Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent digital communications and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the digital media industry

**Academic Qualification**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹9,526.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
