As we continue to expand our operations across India, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong sales background to build and manage a dealer and OEM database across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products on a pan India basis and establishing strong relationships with dealers and original equipment manufacturers. This role requires significant travel across the country to foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain a comprehensive database of dealers and OEMs across India.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our products throughout the region.

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, including dealers and manufacturers.

  • Conduct extensive travel to meet with clients and stakeholders; manage on-ground sales efforts.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies and product positioning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from inquiry through post-sale support.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within Water Treatment Industry

  • Strong ability to build relationships and network effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize sales data to drive decision-making.
