Hands-on experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the capability to engage and nurture corporate relationships. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate sales teams towards achieving set targets and objectives. Competency in market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the education sector. Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions. Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust sales strategies and maintain competitive edge. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing and product development efforts. Regularly report on sales metrics and performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
