Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Kochi, with some work from home acceptable. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing channel sales strategies, building relationships with key partners, and driving sales growth through our distributorship and dealer network. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing product training to partners, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction. Regular travel to meet with partners and attend industry events is expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing channel sales strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills with key partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Optical Fiber Network and Surveillance solutions
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in providing product training and support to partners
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with partners and attend industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or networking industry is a plus
