Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the real estate/builder segment, particularly in apartment sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the apartment/real estate segment.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry stage to handover.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total sales experience, with minimum 4 years in builder/real estate (apartment sales preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in the builder segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
