Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep - just like a parent

Role Overview:As the Growth Marketing Manager at Cradlewise, you will play a critical role in driving revenue through advanced performance marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, partnerships, and innovative growth hacking techniques. Your responsibilities will include managing performance marketing channels, creating and optimizing email and SMS campaigns, and using data to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to improve ROI. Liaise with agencies to achieve these objectives.Lifecycle Marketing:

Email Flows and SMS: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalized content to engage and retain customers. Manage SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring communications are timely and relevant.Data Analysis:

Use tools like GA4 to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to guide marketing strategies and tactics. Produce reports and insights to offer actionable recommendations for marketing optimization.Partnerships:

Identify potential growth partners and negotiate acquisition-based deals. Explore new marketing platforms to diversify the marketing budget beyond Google and Facebook. Discover new sales channels and oversee end-to-end operations on these channels.Shopify Management:

Manage operations on the Shopify platform, assisting the team with any doubts or problems.

Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and GA4, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth.Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely convey complex strategies and ideas.A proven growth hacking mentality, with a knack for implementing creative and effective marketing tactics.The drive to think in terms of 10X growth and the willingness to be hands-on.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a D2C or E-commerce environment.Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools.Proficiency in managing the Shopify platform.Some experience working in a sales role.
