We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist and Strategist to lead our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and executing effective growth strategies. They should have a deep understanding of the Edtech or SaaS industry, and the ability to drive initiatives that align with our company's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of innovative growth & holistic marketing strategies to expand the reach and user base making sure the engagement and acquisition is maintained.Analyze market trends and ideate & pilot new channels for growth.Oversee the entire growth lifecycle from conceptualization, budgeting, planning, to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring a successful launch and sustained growth.Lead the development of the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for expansion, and potential areas for product development or enhancement.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Tutorac remains a market leader.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of growth strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve targets.Manage the growth area, providing support to ensure project milestones and KPIs are met.Facilitate partnerships and collaborations that could expand Tutorac's reach and user base.Establish and nurture relationships with external partners like media outlets, agencies, and influencers; represent the organization at events and conferences as required.Additional adhoc responsibilities as deemed fit by the management.

Education, Skills and Competency:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; MBA is a plus.At least 5 years of proven experience in business development plus growth strategy, growth hacking, or a similar role, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in a tech or SaaS industry.Strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and metrics with KPI tracking.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, collaboratively across teams and with senior management.Familiarity with CRM softwares and Google Analytics.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a big plus.Passion for e-learning and SaaS is a big plus.
