Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification and Engagement : Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as needs, budgets, and timelines. Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual or physical meetings to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Strategy : Work closely with internal teams, including strategists, talent team and production team, to craft customized proposals. Collaborate with company founders and the development team to identify new growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Insight : Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Efficiently manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, utilizing LinkedIn, and offline events for targeted outreach and lead management.
  • Presentation and Proposal Preparation : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and strategy plans to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.


Key Tools and Platforms:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation.
  • Familiarity with the influencer industry and the know how's of the market conditions and technological changes


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, with a strong foundation in lead generation, market analysis, and sales strategy.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to analyze the market, establish competitive advantages, and aggressively track metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Well-versed in requirement gathering, scope development, and proposal documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified leads to support business objectives.
