Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Technology Sales Professional located in Malad West. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, offering expert advice on product usage, and collaborating closely with the marketing and development teams to align client needs with product offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, and customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of SMS marketing, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS messaging platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with CRM integration and marketing tools
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
