**About the Role**:
Logon Broadband is seeking skilled and reliable **Field Support Technicians** to install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet connections at customer premises. This role is essential for ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction across our growing subscriber base in Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation of broadband connections, routers, ONU devices, and wiring
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, cabling, and signal strength
- Attend to customer complaints and service requests in the field
- Coordinate with the NOC and customer support teams for efficient problem resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of work done and report daily activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma or 12th pass with relevant technical skills
- 1+ year experience in broadband installation and support (ISP preferred)
- Knowledge of fiber optics, CAT5/6 cabling, and wireless routers
- Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and handle field equipment
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach
- Must own a valid driving license and two-wheeler (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,547.45 - ₹22,196.77 per month
