Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BSc, BCA, Diploma)

Good communication skills, Experience in field coordination and Ability to plan field activities effectively based on the geography/location of sites
- Allocate sites to field teams on daily basis
- Maintain daily records/ tracker of sites completed and material utilised for each site installed
- Communicate progress update with internal team and client
- Site visit in case any challenges faced by field team
- Coordinate with field teams regarding progress of installation or any issue

**2. Job Title: Field Installation Technician**

Experience: 1-2 years preferred, fresher’s considered based on aptitude. Training provided.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (BSc, BCA, Diploma) preferred.
Basic knowledge of operating mobile apps.

Basic proficiency in operating mobile apps.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in field installation or customer service is a plus but not required.

We are seeking Field Installation Technicians to join our team in Mumbai. As a Field Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of outdoor antennas, routers, and set-top boxes at customer locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth and efficient installations while delivering excellent customer service.

1. Travel to customer locations within the designated area (Kurla to Mulund stretch).

2. Install outdoor antennas, routers, and set-top boxes according to company guidelines and standards.

3. Test installed equipment to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues.

4. Provide basic demonstrations to customers on how to use installed equipment and mobile apps.

5. Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns.

6. Maintain accurate records of installations, including equipment used and customer feedback.

7. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and meet project deadlines.

8. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer locations.

3**. Job Title: Jr. Field Installation Technician**

Experience: 1-2 years preferred, fresher’s considered based on aptitude. Training provided.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (10th or 12th pass out).
Basic knowledge of operating mobile apps.

**Responsibilities**:
Communicate effectively with team members.

Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Maintain basic knowledge of app functionalities.

Installation of outdoor antenna, router, and set-top box.

Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Providing basic troubleshooting support to customers.

Pay: From ₹10,071.55 per month
