Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead of Enterprise Broadband Sales for Enterprise clients. This leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition and retention of large-scale enterprise customers, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-speed broadband and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise telecom and broadband market, proven experience in managing complex sales cycles, and strong leadership skills to scale enterprise revenue.



Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the enterprise broadband sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential industry verticals (e.g., BFSI, IT, manufacturing, retail).
  • Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure and renewal.


Team Management

  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of enterprise sales managers and account executives.
  • Set performance targets, KPIs, and incentives to drive accountability and results.
  • Conduct regular training and skill development to enhance team capabilities.


Client Engagement

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and complex solution selling.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and support coordination post-sale.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to customize solutions for enterprise needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing for enterprise lead generation campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Provide market feedback to influence broadband product development and packaging.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise telecom or broadband sales.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership or regional head role, preferably in broadband, ISP, or managed connectivity services.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and managing strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of broadband technologies (leased lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in telecom service providers or ISPs.
  • Experience with large enterprise clients across multiple sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in broadband services.
  • Ability to scale and manage large teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
