Senior Enterprise Network GIS Automation Lead (GIS / Automation / Enterprise processes)

Position Summary

Experienced multi-disciplinary engineer to own GIS integration, NMS/CATV automation projects, Enterprise processes. The role coordinates with vendors, field

engineers, and product/IT teams to implement, scale and maintain monitoring, alerting and support solutions for broadband and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. GIS Role Summary A strategic, hands-on leader responsible for managing and growing a multidisciplinary team that owns GIS-driven network design, asset mapping, and CRM/portal integration (EdgePlus). The Senior Manager will ensure accurate spatial mapping of network assets, maintain API-driven

synchronization between GIS and CRM/EdgePlus, own vendor relationships, and deliver scalable, high-quality GIS and NetGIS/CATV NMS features that support broadband operations and field teams.

  1. Automation Projects (CATV/BB NMS s Site Connectivity):

Responsible for provisioning and connecting remote sites via 4G firewalls, onboarding them into the NMS portal, and ensuring its high availability through proactive health checks and maintenance. The role involves

troubleshooting functional, integration, and data synchronization issues within the portal, as well as implementing real-time monitoring and alerting for links and devices. Additionally, it includes planning and designing scalable feature enhancements and service integrations to continuously improve the NMS ecosystem.

  1. Enterprise Technical Support s Monitoring:

Lead enterprise network support and monitoring by creating robust post-

installation monitoring processes to ensure SLA compliance. Evaluate and

recommend devices, sensors, and solutions to strengthen end-to-end alerting.

Oversee the development of both customer-facing and internal portals for

network and service health visibility. Drive integration of monitoring systems with GTPL Edge+ and streamline cross-team collaboration to enhance service

reliability and customer experience.
