AGM PPMC

Location: Ahmedabad ( Plant location SEZ)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Scheduling Production Planning & Capacity rosters, demand forecasting, inventory management, periodical monitoring mechanism and reporting, stakeholder management and

Provides data and analytics & periodical preparation of Plan Vs. Actuals status. Leading PPMC role and Reports to (Sr. GM).

Desired Candidate's Profile:

      Adeptness of SAP Planning / SD / MM modules, Proficiency in Power BI & Excel workings, Expert in using POWER BI tools 

       Pharmaceutical industry experience leading a team is mandatory. "Managerial grade as a team leader"

       Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and willing to work at Matoda

       Constant efforts for 100 % utilization of capacities and resources

       Coordinate with stakeholders I.e Manufacturing, Marketing, SCM / Others as required.

      Production Planning and Scheduling the priorities Minimum 14 years of PPIC / PPMC experience is required

       Should have worked on SAP PP areas with adhoc reports preparation

       Responsible to make all production/dispatch related updations, well-timed

       Responsible for complete production planning & material control related activities as per the plan

Job role & Preferred capabilities  :

Ø  Role: PPMC Lead (AGM) Level

Ø  Industry Type: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (Preferably Formulation)

Ø  Previous experience in planning and inventory control and coordination role

Ø  Department:  Supply Planning / PPIC / PPMC

Ø  Location: Matoda

Ø  Qualification: Any graduation with relevant functional experience

Ø  Good communication skills, Stakeholder management and Leadership skills

Ø  Excel  & Power BI & SAP

ü  Any graduate with years' experience in pharmaceuticals formulations facility

ü  Strong stakeholder management and People management expertise

ü  Proficiency of planning, execution and reporting related to pharmaceutical producers for regulated markets.
