Regional Channel Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1.Channel Management: a)Align with HQ production line channel policy and elaborate the channel policies to internal team and external distributors. b)Execute the regional Business Strategy to conduct channel related works supporting regional sales development; c)Enhance the Distributor process management, such as dedicated team development, business opportunity management, authorization management, channel conflict solving, distributor inventory audit and management etc.; d)Lead and coordinate the regular channel works, like annual performance grading, awarding, multi-year distributor evaluation, contract planning, agreement contracting and signing etc.; e)Compliance management for internal sales & marketing person and contracted distributors. 2.Channel Development: a)Integrate company resources to improve market coverage in geography territory and customer segments, and boost distribution business grow continuously; b)According to HQ channel policy, responsible for planning, recruiting, developing and optimizing the regional distributor networks; c)Coordinate HQ and regional resources to conduct distributor manpower training program to enhance their professionality, increase the certification pass rate for CSC, CCC of entry-level and mid-level members; d)Responsible for channel relationship management, arrange regular channel meets, channel club activities, cross-region channel interaction and communication etc. to align distributors synergy with Mindray business strategy. Candidates Requirements: 1.Permanent employees with full-time Bachelor degree or above. 2.At least 8 years of sales experience in medical devices industry, with Team Management experience. 3.Job Grade: E7 and E8. 4.The annual performance rating of the previous two years is B and above for internal candidates. 5.Based in Chennai office, accept frequent short-distance business trip (min 3days per week). 6.Proactive work attitude and good communication ability.
