NEXUSTALK (by COMTALK) is a leading player in the telecommunications industry, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to businesses through our extensive network of partners. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted partner in the B2B market. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join our team in Germany.
As the Channel Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our partner network within the region. You will work closely with our partners to drive sales, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business growth objectives. Your expertise in the telecommunications industry and your proficiency in German and English will be critical to your success in this role.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive sales growth through partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partner activities with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel management within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B market and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required.

Requirements
Proven experience in channel management within the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of the B2B market and partner ecosystems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
