Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a National Channel Sales Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The National Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing channel sales and channel partners, overseeing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing sales management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, distributors, and alliances.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and training to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement channel marketing programs, promotions, and incentives to stimulate partner engagement and drive sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, partner profitability, and market share.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote brand awareness and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in channel sales management, with at least 5+ years of experience in IT sales.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales methodologies, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor channel partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.



Requirements
