Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad & Karol Bagh. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. The Senior Sales Manager will also analyse market trends, prepare sales reports, participate in trade shows and events, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management
- Strong skills in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to analyse market trends and prepare sales reports
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
1 – 7 years in sales (real estate preferred)
