Responsibilities

  • Monitoronline conversations and respond to mentions reviews and feedbackto manage and protect the brands onlinereputation.
  • Develop strategies to leveragepositive feedback and address negative commentsconstructively.
  • Digital MarketingStrategies:
  • Supportin the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns underthe guidance of the marketing team.
  • Participatein brainstorming sessions for new ideas to enhance brand presenceonline.
  • Help create and schedule engagingcontent for social media platforms and the companywebsite.
  • SocialMediaManagement:
  • Assistin managing social media accounts including content creationscheduling posts and engaging withfollowers.
  • Monitor social media trends tosuggest content ideas andstrategies.
  • Analyticsand PerformanceTracking:
  • Gatherdata from digital campaigns and social media performance foranalysis.
  • Learn to use digital analytics toolsto measure campaign success and suggestimprovements.
  • Support SEO strategies byassisting with keyword research and contentoptimization.

SkillsandQualifications
  • Currentlypursuing a Bachelor s degree (Preferably in MarketingCommunications or a related field) .
  • Stronginterest in digital marketing and socialmedia.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketingtools and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and a willingness tolearn.
  • Creative thinking and a proactiveattitude.
  • No prior professional experience isrequired though participation in relevant projects clubs orcoursework is preferred.
