Digital MarketingManager

We are looking for a talented Digital ContentMarketing Manager to take full responsibility of managing anddelivering content marketing strategies for our clients.

Our ideal candidate is acreative marketing professional preferably with a writingbackground. You should be able to develop engaging content toattract and retain customers. For this position its essential to beuptodate with new technologies and digital marketingtrends.

Ultimately you shouldbe able to expand our clients digital footprint and brandawareness.

Roles &Responsibilities

  • Come up with digital/content marketing strategiesacross various digital channels including SEO Paid Search SocialEmail Marketing Content etc. to generate moreleads

  • Set shortterm goals for the projects (KPIs)

  • Deliver an effective digital/content marketingstrategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives of ourclients at the lowest possible cost

  • Coordinate with all creative resourcesfor a project including strategy & planning designers writersand other agency personnel

  • Undertake digital/content marketinginitiatives to achieve business targets

  • Collaborate with designwriting and production teams to produce and distribute highqualitycontent

  • Develop and maintain editorial calendar delegatetasks and ensure deadlines are met

  • Edit proofread and improve thecontent

  • Optimise content considering SEO and GoogleAnalytics

  • Analyse web traffic metrics

  • Share content throughvarious channels ensuring strong web presence

  • Receive customer feedbackand generate ideas to increase customerengagement

  • Accountable for all digital/content marketinginitiatives to drive traffic engagement leads that deliver salesand customer retention.

  • Editorial requirements include a soundunderstanding of various digital channels including SEO SEM SocialMedia Email Marketing Content Categorisation and structure contentdevelopment distribution and measurement.

  • Ensure content isconsistent with our clients brand voice style andtone.

  • Editorial calendar and organisation workflowsmust be developed and managed.

  • Liaise with the teams managing thevarious digital channels e.g. search social media and email/newsletter distribution to deliver results.

  • Measurement andoptimisation of the client programs will be required on a regularand ongoing basis

  • Executive presentations to the management teamand the client on the program approaches and results will berequired.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in ateam environment

  • Ability to draft briefs for copywriters designersetc.

  • Enjoy the creative process and show a willingnessto contribute relevant ideas

Requirements

NOTE:You will have to speak on a daily basis with UK Clients andStarberry client partners an excellent command of written andspoken English is essential please do not apply if you do not havethis.

  • 8 yrs of experience in Digital Marketing/ContentMarketing

  • Good leadership skills

  • Experience creatingcontent for the web and growing a socialaudience

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand whataudiences consume and how to create it

  • Proven work experience asa Digital Marketing Coordinator

  • Understanding of web publishingrequirements

  • Handson experience with SEO and web trafficmetrics

  • Expertise in social mediaplatforms

  • This person must understand the best practices ofsearch social media email marketing channels which content andapproaches work on each and why

  • This role requires a brand publishermindset: to create the content our clients audience is looking forand then to optimise the path to conversion

  • Experience creatingcontent for the web and growing traffic and conversions based oncontent marketing

  • Ability to analyse and report on contentperformance and KPIs

  • Experience with Google Analytics email marketing& content automation content syndication and the top socialchannels.

  • Project management skills and understanding howto manage the budget the priorities of multiple stakeholders in acomplex environment and focus on the delivery of results in theform of engagement & leads for our clients.

  • Experience with UK clientsor other international clients is a plus.
