Job Title: Digital MarketingManager
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will lead thedevelopment and execution of digital marketing strategies to drivebrand awareness customer acquisition and engagement across variousonline channels. Working closely with crossfunctional teams youwill plan and implement campaigns analyze performance metrics andoptimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. Yourexpertise in digital marketing techniques and platforms will beinstrumental in expanding the organizations online presence andmaximizing ROI.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketingstrategies to increase brand visibility generate leads and drivesales through online channels including websites social media emailsearch engines and display advertising.
2. Collaboratewith the marketing team to define target audiences campaignobjectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digitalmarketing initiatives.
3. Plan create and manage digitalmarketing campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring alignmentwith brand guidelines messaging and positioning.
4.Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content includingwebsite copy blog posts social media posts email newsletters andmultimedia assets.
5. Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to identify industry trends customer insightsand opportunities for innovation in digital marketingstrategies.
6. Utilize analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics Adobe Analytics or social media analytics platforms totrack and analyze campaign performance user behavior andROI.
7. Monitor key metrics such as website trafficconversion rates clickthrough rates (CTR) and return on ad spend(ROAS) and provide regular reports and insights tostakeholders.
8. Optimize digital marketing campaignsbased on performance data A/B testing results and audiencesegmentation to improve campaign effectiveness andcostefficiency.
9. Manage relationships with externalvendors agencies and digital marketing partners ensuringdeliverables are met on time and within budget.
10. Stayinformed about emerging trends technologies and best practices indigital marketing and proactively identify opportunities forinnovation and growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree inMarketing Digital Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing roleswith a track record of developing and implementing successfuldigital marketing campaigns.
3. Indepth knowledge ofdigital marketing channels strategies and tactics including SEO SEMsocial media marketing email marketing content marketing anddisplay advertising.
4. Proficiency in digital marketingtools and platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads ManagerLinkedIn Ads HubSpot Mailchimp Hootsuite or similar.
5.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data drawactionable insights and make datadriven decisions to optimizecampaign performance.
6. Excellent project managementskills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyprioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
7. Creative thinking and problemsolvingabilities with a focus on driving innovation and achieving businessobjectives through digital marketing initiatives.
8.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at alllevels of the organization.
9. Detailoriented mindsetwith a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of digitalmarketing planning execution and reporting.
10.Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to stay updated onindustry trends technologies and best practices in digitalmarketing.
PreferredQualifications:
1. Masters degree inMarketing Digital Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Certification in digital marketing disciplines such as GoogleAds Google Analytics Facebook Blueprint or HubSpot.
3.Experience in B2B marketing or in industries such as technologysoftware ecommerce or SaaS (Software as a Service).
4.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemssuch as Marketo Salesforce or Pardot.
5. Knowledge ofweb development technologies HTML CSS and CMS platforms (e.g.WordPress Drupal) for website management andoptimization.
6. Experience with data analysis andreporting tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio forcreating dashboards and visualizations.
7. Previousexperience in managing digital marketing budgets forecastingexpenses and maximizing ROI.
8. Understanding ofinternational digital marketing strategies and considerations forglobal markets and audiences.
9. Demonstrated leadershipexperience with the ability to mentor and develop digital marketingteam members.
10. Passion for digital marketing and acommitment to driving business growth through innovative andimpactful marketing initiatives.
