Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves generating new business opportunities, promoting drone-based solutions, and building client relationships to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for drones, spraying services, and aviation solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, corporates, and government clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on drone technology, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Aviation, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales/business development .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for field visits.
