Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

  • Act as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or service desk system.
  • Log and track all support requests using the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd or 3rd level support, providing clear documentation of troubleshooting steps taken.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing users.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets, account unlocks, and access requests.
  • Provide support for common applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and email clients.
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
  • Maintain a knowledge base and contribute to support documentation and FAQs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
  • Have knowledge of CCTV camera systems, including configuration and installation.
  • Configure Windows/servers and resolve end-user device issues.
  • Possess knowledge of LAN, WAN, ISP, routers, network switches, and wireless networking.
  • Contact ISP/UPS/Camera support in case of any failures or alerts.
  • Have a basic understanding of virtualization and end-user experience.

Office timing – 8 AM IST to 5 PM IST
