We're Hiring: L1 Engineer & Fresher – Technical & Desktop Support

Location: Pune (On-site)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed (Rotational shifts)

Are you passionate about IT support and ready to take on real-world technical challenges?

We're looking for an L1 Engineer – Technical & Desktop Support who can provide exceptional user assistance and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues.

Install and configure operating systems and standard business applications.

Handle user queries through tickets, calls, and emails — ensuring timely resolution.

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/IT teams when needed.

Maintain documentation, logs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

6 months to 2 years of experience in Technical Support / Desktop Support.

Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications like CCNA / MCSA / ITIL are an added advantage.

Based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately.

Immediate joiners highly preferred.
