Job Title : ServiceNow Administrator

Location : Pan India

Experience Range : 4-8 Years

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and administration. You will play a key role in implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow and ensuring the platform meets the needs of our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the organization.

- Manage and administer ServiceNow instances, including user access, system maintenance, and upgrades.

- Implement ITIL processes within ServiceNow, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

- Stay current on ServiceNow best practices and new features to continually improve platform functionality.

- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Required Skills :

- 3-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.

- Current ServiceNow Administrator Certification is mandatory.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and administration.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

- Experience with JavaScript and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Operations.

- Knowledge of integration with external systems via REST and SOAP web services.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) are a plus.
