Job Title : Security Administrator

Location : PAN INDIA

Experience Range : 5+ years

Role Overview :

As a Security Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of resources within the ServiceNow platform. You will create and enforce standards for managing access controls, encryption, multi-factor authentication, audit logs, and more.


Your role will involve auditing security logs, remediating security gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a secure platform environment.

Responsibilities :

- Protect resources within the ServiceNow platform such as ACL, properties, and records.

- Establish standards for managing failed logins, encrypted password protection, multi-factor authentication, access control rules, audit logs, and 3rd-party integrations.

- Audit security logs of the platform to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

- Ensure users have appropriate access levels and restrict access to sensitive information.

- Remediate security gaps identified through audits and enforce security standards across the platform.

Technical Requirements :

- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including versions previously worked on.

- Experience with ACL policies, group policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication methods and implementation.

- Previous experience with logging tools for monitoring and audit logging.

- Understanding of different encryption methods and their application in securing data.

Reporting to : Delivery Manager

Team Size : This is an individual contributor role

On-site Opportunity : Long-term based on performance
