Job Summary :


The ServiceNow Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our risk management processes using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in risk management and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Conduct risk assessments and identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the organization.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of these strategies.

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow GRC module to meet the organization's risk management needs.

- Provide training and support to users on the ServiceNow risk management processes and tools.

- Generate and analyze risk reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Continuously improve risk management practices and stay updated with industry best Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

- Over 5 years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow platform.

- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow GRC module and other relevant ServiceNow modules.

- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other risk management tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.

- Project management experience.

- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
