Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a key role in crafting, building, and rolling out tailored solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our clients' specific needs. Your main task will involve working closely with various stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers, and end-users to grasp requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Design, develop, and put into action ServiceNow solutions to back Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workflows, covering areas like risk management, compliance management, policy management, audit management, and security incident response.
  • Create customized applications, workflows, and automated procedures within ServiceNow to streamline business processes and step up operational effectiveness.
  • Set up ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), to enhance customer service processes and optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements, outline project scope, and devise technical solutions that align with business requirements and goals.
  • Execute system integration activities to link ServiceNow with other corporate systems and applications, ensuring data accuracy and seamless data flow.
  • Carry out testing, fault-finding, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to pinpoint and resolve technical glitches promptly.
  • Offer technical guidance and assistance to junior developers and project team members, advocating best practices and enforcing coding standards.
  • Keep abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, emerging features, and industry tendencies to continuously enhance technical expertise and refine skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, concentrating on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Customer Service Management (CSM) components.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow platform development, encompassing setup, personalization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
  • Proven track record in designing and executing solutions for GRC processes like risk management, compliance management, and audit management, utilizing the ServiceNow GRC module.
  • Familiarity with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module in ServiceNow, encompassing case management, incident management, and self-service portal configuration.
  • Solid grasp of the ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are advantageous.
