Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Part-Time Procurement Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building strong relationships with new suppliers while ensuring the best value for the organization. This role requires expertise in vendor management, cost negotiation, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing & Lead Generation:
    Identify and generate leads for new suppliers across domestic and international markets.
  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    Arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders and maintain healthy long-term relationships with vendors.
  • Cost Negotiation:
    Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Goods Valuation & Quality Assessment:
    Evaluate and compare goods, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities in procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain (preferably in Manufacturing or trading sectors).

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate suppliers and products effectively
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office/ERP systems
  • Analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures (preferred)
