Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring that all materials and supplies are sourced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing: Responsible for procuring goods and services from suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Contract Management: Manage commercial agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities, forecasting supply costs and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Procurement experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team.
