Procurement Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of procurement operations. Your responsibilities will encompass managing vendor master data, purchase requisition to purchase order activities, and contributing to the optimization of procurement processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain accurate vendor information, including creation and amendments.
    • Effectively manage PR to PO processes, adhering to established procurement guidelines.
    • Identify and resolve routine issues using established precedents and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with team members and direct supervisors to achieve daily work objectives and new assignment requirements.
    • Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and receive guidance on new assignments.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in vendor records and procurement documentation.
    • Maintain adherence to compliance and process standards in procurement operations.
    • Participate in rotational shifts as required by the role.

Requirements and Qualifications:
